Would you like to win £1000 for a creative project with an LYPFT (Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust) service?

Each year Arts & Minds offer the opportunity for LYPFT services to win up to £1000 each for a participatory project. Projects need to involve patients / service users in the planning so it meets their needs and interests, and can be in any medium: photography, music, crafts, creative writing etc.

We are now accepting Expressions of Interest for the 2024/25 grants programme. If you are interested in applying for a Create Grant, please read the Grant Guidance first to check if your service is eligible to apply for a grant and what the money can be used for. Once you have checked the Grants Guidance you can then submit an Expression of Interest with your project idea for a 2024/25 Create Grant. Click on the link below to download the Expression of Interest form:

Creative Grants – Grant Application Form 2024-25

The Expression of Interest is a short form that helps us to assess if your idea is suitable for a grant as well as what help you might need to submit a grant application (for example linking you up with appropriate artists or arts organisations to deliver your project). The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 30^th April 2024. Completed forms should be emailed to: [email protected]

Once all Expressions of Interest have been received, we will then open the application stage for the 2024-25 Creative Grants. The Grant Application Form will be available to download from this page after the Expression of Interest deadline on the 30^th April. Applicants will then have two months refine their project idea and to submit their Grant Application.
