Beat the Blues
Beat the Blues started as an Arts & Minds Creative Grant project with music sessions focusing on health and wellbeing run by Cloth Cat. The success of the sessions, and the benefits they brought to NHS service users, led to Beat the Blues music sessions being rolled out across different Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) services.
